How will we make ourselves and other staffers available to newbs and stuff? One of the most irritating problems is a lack of staff to carry out basic tasks like newbie info, character approval, background explanations and so on.
Do we want in-game emails? AIM accounts separate to our normal ones? Some kind of queue-alert system? I'm assuming that, should we go live and get busy, we won't be wanting to spend our every waking moment attached to the game or even being logged in - the internet is a big place and we both like exploring it.
So a method that will get our attention, but not give away our online / in-game status would be ideal, but also make us more readily approachable to other staff and builders would be neat, too.
