Harassment Policy

Harassment for the purposes of ConnovarMUSH is defined as any written abuse of a person because of her race, religion, age, gender, sexual-orientation, disability or any other legally protected status. Harassment on the MUSH can further be clarified as any conduct that creates significant anguish to another person, with the intent to bother, scare or emotionally abuse him.

Because harassment is defined in terms of others, you MUST listen when someone else tells you that you are harassing them and cease the offensive behavior immediately. It does not matter if you do not understand what you have done. Any questions at that point should be directed to staff.

If you are the victim of harassment and, after a written warning, do not experience the immediate cessation of offensive behavior from the party you have warned, you are advised to immediately contact any available staff members, begin logging (if your client allows) and cease interaction with the perpetrator. In the event no staff member is available, please file a complaint in the form of a +request providing the specific details of the incident to staff and log off from the game.
